Returns and Exchanges


To exchange or return an item purchased at Harry Potter New York, please return to the store with your item and original receipt within 30 days of purchase.

We are able to provide an exchange or refund. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method as shown on your receipt.

If returning or exchanging an item, there is no need to join our virtual queue. Please head to our Broadway entrance and a member of staff will be happy to help.

Without a receipt, we may offer an exchange at the current selling prices. Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging unless faulty.

Due to the bespoke nature of personalized items, we are only able to offer an exchange or refund in the event that an item or service is faulty.

For hygiene reasons, the following items can only be exchanged or returned if faulty:

  • Cosmetics
  • Earrings
  • Underwear
  • Face Coverings
  • Food and Drinks

We are currently unable to accept refunds or exchanges by mail.
